February 11, 2009 - Brighter Minds Media is joining the national Call to Service
During the months of February and March, in honor of Presidents’ Day and our love and respect for those who serve our community and country, Brighter Minds is hosting a special Library book promotion in conjunction with Operation Gratitude, a non-profit organization that sends care packages to individual Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines deployed overseas. These care packages include items such as hygiene products, snack foods, stationery and pens, books, DVDs and personal letters of appreciation.
December 15, 2008 World of Goo Wins
Presented on Sunday, December 14 during the live broadcast of the 8th Annual VGAs, World of Goo, the physics-based puzzle game created by independent studio 2D BOY, was named the Best Independent Game based on fan voting over nominees Braid, AudioSurf and PixelJunk Eden.
